Job Summary
We are a screen printing and embroidery company and the Administrative Assistant / Operations Manager plays a crucial TEAM role in supporting the daily operations of the organization. The Administrative Assistant / Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, for both screen printing and embroidery. This includes overseeing the management of production schedules with two department heads, coordinating with clients and suppliers, ensuring quality control, and helping to oversee the production TEAMS. Responsibilities also involve being up to date with respect to equipment maintenance, inventory of supplies, and implementing efficient processes to maximize productivity and profitability.
Job Requirements
We find that it would be helpful for candidates to have some general background in printing/embroidery or a related field, however the company is willing to train the right candidate who has operational and administrative experience in other unrelated fields, should the candidate demonstrate to have all other necessary qualifications. They should have good organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a small TEAM and prioritize tasks. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control are essential, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also important, as this position will require you to interact with clients, suppliers, and employees on a regular basis.
Duties

Experience
