About the Role
The Biotechnology Educator at Inizio Engage is responsible for providing telephonic educational support to patients and healthcare professionals in a leading biotechnology company. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, along with effective communication skills to conduct outbound calls and assist patients and caregivers with medication adherence and educational resources.
As a key member of the Patient Solutions team, you will collaborate with healthcare sectors to develop and provision services that benefit customers and support the client's goals. You will also be responsible for collecting and managing demographic data and disposition for product, sample, reimbursement services, and literature fulfillment.
