Inizio Engage is looking to build a team of passionate Oncology Field Sales Representatives, in collaboration with Iovance Biotherapeutics, to lead the education and adoption of a new FDA-approved cell therapy providing new possibilities to patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma.

As an Oncology Field Sales Representative, you will educate physicians and oncology healthcare providers about a novel cell therapy and how to access that therapy at authorized treatment centers. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering in-depth product knowledge, and educating on authorized treatment centers where patients can receive lifesaving therapy.

What will you be doing?

  • The Oncology Field Sales Representative will educate high-opportunity, community oncology practices and HCPs on the FDA-approved label, including indication, clinical data, safety, and all key messages to support appropriate patient identification and expedite the patient treatment journey by educating HCPs on Authorized Treatment Centers.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, HCP office staff, and others in the patient care continuum.
  • Deliver in-depth product knowledge to healthcare professionals, ensuring understanding of efficacy, safety, and clinical application.
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities in the community oncology market to drive product adoption.
  • Provide insights into the market access environment (e.g., payer/reimbursement landscape, patient flow/navigation between Authorized Treatment Centers and community practices).
  • Demonstrate passion and compassion for metastatic or unresectable melanoma, communicating how this therapy can improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share insights to support team effectiveness.
  • Ask strategic, insightful questions to identify customer needs and tailor solutions for each account.

What do you need for this position?

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sales
  • Oncology, metastatic melanoma, and/or cell therapy experience preferred
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, with the ability to present to diverse audiences, including physicians and other members of oncology office staff
  • Knowledge of community oncology practices and challenges related to patient navigation to academic treatment centers preferred
  • Passionate about improving patient outcomes and dedicated to making a difference
  • Willingness to travel, including some overnight travel
  • A valid driver’s license at all times and willingness to notify the company immediately of any endorsement or violations
