We are currently recruiting for a Salesforce Multi Cloud Solution Architect (Sales & Service) for one of our key clients, a leading Global Salesforce partner. These resources can be based anywhere in the US or Canada.
This resource will work directly with the project team and clients gathering requirements to analyze, design, and / or implement various business requirements. The role should not only administer the core strategies and tactics of CRM driving enhancements, but also be able to identify and proactively recommend process improvements, anticipate needs, and develop foresight through tools and automation. The candidate must have hands-on administration and configuration skills with the latest Salesforce.com releases, and the ability to handle first-level user support / training requests. He / she should have solid functional, technical, and industry knowledge of salesforce products : Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Responsibilities :
- Provide functional-technical leadership and best practices on the SFDC platform.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions.
- Document As-Is business processes, business requirements, and solution designs for the Salesforce platform.
- Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
- Work collaboratively with internal team members to design a solution that will meet the customer's business requirements. Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Nice to have : Experience Cloud / Communities includes partner onboarding, enablement, reporting, and Field Service Lightning
- Perform Salesforce.com user administration tasks, including access management, permission sets, roles assignments, uploads, data backups, etc.
- Make recommendations to improve efficiencies through the development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures
- Provide first-level support to the sales, marketing, sales operations, and customer operations teams, including issue identification and issue resolution / escalation
- Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and optimize user experience related to reports and dashboards
- Design and implement custom objects and advanced functionality, based on strategic initiatives and project roadmap. Build integrations with other third-party applications
