Responsibilities:
As a Vice President in the AI Consulting practice for Healthcare and Life Sciences, you will help C Suite Executives elevate their role through AI-led innovative strategies, consultative solution development, and tactical execution. You will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large healthcare and life sciences companies. Your responsibilities will include identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. You will have the opportunity to lead client engagements, oversee the quality of deliverables, and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. You will also participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
Qualifications:
- 15 years' experience working in healthcare organizations or consulting settings, advising C Suite business transformation, process improvements, financial planning redesign, service delivery model design and implementation, and other critical elements of the healthcare function.
- Extensive experience in delivering AI projects, including Gen AI and Agentic AI, with a deep understanding of these technologies and their applications in healthcare and life sciences.
- Strong network with payer, provider, life sciences, and CIOs, with the ability to leverage these connections for business development and client engagement.
- Experience developing a vision for the functional organization and realizing the vision through large-scale transformations encompassing healthcare process redesign, service delivery model development, and technology implementations.
- Experience across the healthcare value chain in a digital world, including technologies such as process automation through robotics, predictive analytics, and visualization.
- Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role).
- Professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Preferred Skills:
- Specific experience should include but not be limited to, assessing the healthcare organization, identifying initiatives supporting a future state roadmap; deep understanding of payer, provider, and life sciences across people, process, and technology dimensions.
- Ability to provide strategy, transformation, and technology fluency (experience delivering ops and technology) to Office of the BU and Functional Leads, experience leading cross-functional teams across healthcare, supply chain, human resources, and information technology.
- Experience developing proposals, establishing, and delivering programs with multiple work streams and large, multi-functional teams.
- Developing digital solutions. Ability to lead complex benchmarking studies for healthcare service delivery models, and ability to develop and execute plans to achieve future state needs (e.g., operating model structure with shared services, COEs, spans, and layers, etc.).
- Advanced degree in business (e.g., MBA) from a top-tier program.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university with a strong undergraduate academic record.
- Preferably MBA.
- 15 years of experience in consulting and/or working for a large healthcare company.
- Preferably experience in a similar vertical/domain having managed relationships at the CXO level.
Salary : $225,000 - $240,000
