We are seeking several motivated and skilled Associate Attorneys to join our dynamic team. This role will involve handling cases across personal injury, workers' compensation, and bankruptcy law. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in one or more areas of law, including personal injury, workers’ compensation, and bankruptcy cases.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research and provide clients with legal advice on case matters.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients in hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Manage a caseload and ensure timely progress and communication with clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies.
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in California.
- Experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, or bankruptcy law is preferred, but not required.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
