We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist with experience in the personal injury field. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations while providing top-notch customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Manage client intake process, including collecting necessary information for personal injury cases.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up meetings for attorneys and clients.
- Organize and maintain client files, both physical and digital.
- Assist in managing office supplies, documents, and general office organization.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed.
- Ensure the office maintains a clean, welcoming, and organized environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar administrative role, preferably in a personal injury law firm.
- Strong understanding of personal injury case processes and terminology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of calls and inquiries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
