Job Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated E-commerce Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This position will report to our E-commerce Director and will work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams ensuring smooth e-commerce processes while supporting the maintenance of the brand’s presence across all digital touchpoints. This in-office role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to take on a variety of tasks to support our growing business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates on our e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product information and imagery align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
- Monitor website functionality and coordinate with the technical team for updates or fixes.
- Keep all brand touchpoints (website, emails, and social media profiles) consistent and updated with current branding guidelines.
- Assist in executing seasonal or promotional campaigns to maintain brand relevance.
- Provide in-office assistance to the creative team, including organizing materials and coordinating tasks.
- Support Digital Asset Management
- Maintain Brand touch points
- Support ad strategy and maintenance

Qualifications:
