Job Description
The Designer is responsible for creating and executing design components of a project.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Works closely with the design team to bring thoughtful and meaningful solutions to internal teams and INK clients.
- Has an open line of communication with members of the design team and shares work and discusses projects.
- Exhibits focus and accomplishes tasks on-time and demonstrates an attention to detail in the work produced.
- Works on a variety of client and internal projects, including digital, print, and social.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1 years of professional design experience, agency setting preferred
- Excellent writing skills, clear communicator
- Ability to organize and manage responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting
- Strong understanding of typography and design principles
- Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Ability and willingness to work in Microsoft programs, notably supporting PowerPoint presentation creation and polish
- Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro with experience in motion graphics, preferred
- Knowledge of Figma preferred
- Knowledge of web design and wordpress, a plus
- Experienced in developing talent and acting as an approachable coach and mentor
