Summary:
Inkcups is seeking an Account Receivables Specialist to join our dynamic team. This person should be a driven, dedicated, and enthusiastic professional. Responsible for accounts receivable and all related collection activities. Reporting to the Controller, this position is primarily responsible for invoicing, payment applications, customer account reconciliation and collections. You will assist our customers by reviewing billing, managing customers and orders on credit hold, and handling inbound and outbound AR related calls and emails.
Account Receivables Job Duties:
- Daily processing of invoices for US and Mexico sites
- Daily credit card processing and posting
- Global Cash Applications
- Regular and timely communication with other departments
- Collections activities and regular review of AR aging reports providing explanations on past due accounts where needed – goal of 45 DSO
- Prepare reports and lead weekly AR review meetings
- Liaison with outside collection agency
- RMA processing
- Send customer statements
- Process customer credit applications and manage customer credit establishment
- Manage customer hold process
- Answering AR related inquiries internally and from customers via phone and email
- Work with Staff Accountant/AR Team Lead in correcting issues as they arise
- Foreign currency transactions
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and other departments and performing other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Account Receivables Specialist Requirements:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in accounts receivable
- Experience with a global organization and foreign currencies
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- General knowledge of all accounting functions and extensive experience with accounting software
- Must be able to provide proof of ability to legally work in the U.S. The company doesn’t sponsor work visas.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.25 - $36.05 per hour
