We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated SPANISH and ENGLISH speaking customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers in our Omaha office.

Compensation : 17 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Answering the multi-line telephones system : offer water and coffee to the client
- Assisting Paralegals / attorneys making copies
- Daily run to Omaha Police Department to retrieve police records.
- Kipping track of all incoming faxes
- Kipping track of incoming email
- Kipping track of invoices via email and or faxes
- Keeping track of physical mail : scan and save in clients files
- Keeping rack of all the appointments
- Scheduling appointments for the attorneys and paralegals
- Receive payments from clients : document payments on Case Peers and notify the book keeper / accountants
- Interpret and translate for the clients
- Log the mail at the end of the day.
- Prepare envelopes for mailing office expenses
- Update office staff list and extension numbers
- Order office supplies monthly
