Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Call Center Agent to join our team in the photography industry. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services
- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Process customer orders and assist with product sales
- Handle customer complaints or escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve customer issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
