Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Support professional to assist our Account Managers and Business Development team in driving growth, supporting client projects, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role is key to ensuring seamless operations across sales, marketing, quoting, and customer service activities.
Key Responsiblities
Assist Account Managers with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Support business development initiatives by researching leads, prospects, and market opportunities.
Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
Manage and update sales and marketing tools, ensuring materials are current and accessible.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain promotional and client-facing resources.
Help manage CRM updates, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Provide customer service support by handling inquiries, follow-ups, and assisting with issue resolution.
Prepare regular sales reports and assist with tracking KPIs and project outcomes.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance the efficiency of the business development team.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Prior experience in sales support, marketing support, or business development (preferred).
