We are seeking a Certified Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing training and educational programs to individuals in various fields.
## Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs to individuals based on their specific needs
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers
- Create educational materials such as presentations, handouts, and exercises
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Provide feedback and guidance to trainees to help them improve their skills
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and education
## Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate trainees
- Ability to write clear and concise educational materials
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in senior care, childcare, or paratransit services is beneficial
- Commercial driving experience or mechanical knowledge is an advantage
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
