OVERVIEW:
A construction administrator supports with the administrative tasks to help with the completion of projects, tracking materials, employee HR maintenance and records. The**Must be able to adapt to a fast pace and deadline oriented work environment**
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Update Paycom: hours, request for time off, add job notes.
- Update Construction financial expense report accurately.
- Update job trackers on all jobs and construction activity.
- Create new job folders.
- Process and scan pre-invoices to Tickets and Corona Construction Billing team.
- AMEX Expense report reconciliation.
- Import all Job pictures from Foremen.
- Send out work locations and updated work locations at end of day.
- QC and update Aging Report from the sub-contractor.
- Call in for Inspections and No parking for LA jobs.
- Assist with other clerical duties as data entry, photocopying, filing, and answering phones.
- Must be able to, as needed, work overtime, weekends or holidays.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Good customer service skills
Must have basic computer knowledge
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Program
Must have knowledge of:
- Excel Data Entry
- Word Processing
- Filing/Record Keeping
- Answering/Transferring Phone Calls
- Taking Messages
- Tracking/Orders Basic Supplies
- Printing Documents
