What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Tenant Coordinator position at Inland Family of Companies?
We are looking for the right person to join our team as a part-time Tenant Coordinator. This role supports our Property Managers and helps ensure we provide a world-class experience for our commercial tenants.
As a successful part-time Tenant Coordinator, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of work orders and building projects, maintain vendor and tenant databases, track and file Certificates of Insurance, provide tenant notifications, verify and code accounts payable, assist in the procurement of competitive bids, prepare service agreements with vendors and service providers, and prepare the monthly accounts receivable statements.

- 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, property management, or real estate.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite with specific strength in Excel
- Highly organized and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
- Able to undertake multiple projects.
- Strong communications skills and customer focus.
