Human Resources Coordinator
Südpack is growing and currently has an opening for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in the Oak Creek, WI. In this role, the Human Resources Coordinator will provide effective administrative support for the Human Resources department by creating, streamlining and maintaining administrative processes for the HR department. You will:
· Assist with transactions including processing employee job changes, hires/terminations, etc.
· Prepare materials for new employee orientation.
· Assist with time and attendance; setting up time clock badges, record management in time and attendance system, tracking of employee’s PTO, etc.
· Track and administer HR programs including employee service awards, referral bonuses, etc.
· Make sure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential
· Abide by company-enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations
· Under the leadership of the Human Resource Manager, be a vital source of human resources information, answering any questions employees may have
· Support any other special projects the Human Resource Manager needs assistance with
· Maintain personnel files, active and terminated.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience in HR work
