**Job Description:**
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be the backbone of our office, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling a variety of tasks to help our team stay focused and efficient.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with project management, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support the preparation of reports, budgets, and other business documents.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the construction or residential building industry is a plus.
