Location: 2442 Progress Court, Neenah WI 54956
Starting Wage: $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 4:00am – 2:00pm
Typical Day in the Role:
The Flexographic Associate is responsible for tasks that include:
- Assists in setting up a Flexographic printing press for efficient production.
- Manages the handling, storage, and cleaning of press-related components.
- Partners with press operators to cross-train.
- Problem solving issues that arise
- Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
