Inlet Coastal Resort is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As part of the Wellness Team, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our residents with their daily activities, including personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
We are currently hiring for the following shift times:
6am-2pm (weekends)
2pm - 10pm
10pm - 6am
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administering medication reminders and monitoring health conditions
- Preparing and serving meals, as well as assisting with feeding if necessary
- Engaging residents in social activities and providing companionship
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
- All other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- 3 years or more experience as a caregiver in an Assisted Living Facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
