Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track and manage candidates efficiently.
- Represent the company at career fairs, trade schools, and college recruitment events to build a strong talent pipeline.
Onboarding & New Hire Experience:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Schedule interviews, facilitate pre-employment screenings, and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Conduct new hire orientations and collaborate with department managers to provide training and support.
HR Compliance & Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure all DOT and safety compliance requirements are met for applicable positions.
HR Systems & Process Management:
- Provide support for HR initiatives, process improvements, and employee engagement programs.
- Assist in other HR-related duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and work with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Preferred:
- UKG Ready experience
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Experience in the electrical distribution or industrial supply industry.
