As part of the team that is responsible for developing, implementing, enhancing and maintaining Inmar’s Salesforce platform, the Senior Adoption & Change Manager works to design and deliver best in class learning experiences through extensive knowledge of instructional theory and use of digital adoption tools. The incumbent will also develop and manage the Salesforce communication strategy, with special focus on ensuring all users successfully interact with the platform to meet strategic business goals and will ensure Salesforce users receive training, tools, guidance or support via adult learning methodologies. Primary Accountabilities: Influence (40%) Deliver live dynamic and interactive enablement experiences, via a variety of modalities and technologies, at all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding, to development, to skills mastery Create strategies to increase user awareness of and engagement with the platform to improve productivity, efficiency and positive user experience Manage the design of a structured and repeatable program that encourages active user participation in platform change and taps into our human ability to transform (intense focus on user experience) Ensure timely and efficient communications are delivered to Salesforce Users including but not limited to all enhancements, user impacting issues, platform awareness and best practices. Succinctly communicate with Team Members on a frequent basis regarding significant product/experience enhancements Develop standards, governance, usage guidelines and adoption programs including overseeing design, development, delivery and maintenance of digital adoption tools Strategy (30%) Work with matrixed leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program approaches including evaluation and execution of digital adoption tools and initiatives Create and continually updated the enablement program vision and strategies; plan and prioritize what (and when) to deliver, based on the business value each change will bring Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders Develop a broad technical understanding of our integrated ecosystems, and a deep technical understanding of their owned business area Build and lead change management strategies for Salesforce projects impacting business owners Administrative (20%) Gain a deep understanding of our clients and our business, leveraging a data-driven approach to building a self-service strategy that aligns to our business strategic goals Measure and evaluate the impact of solutions developed against KPIs set forth to drive ROI back to the business Partner with business stakeholders and team members to ensure timely delivery of systems readiness, communication, and training Technical (10%) Evaluate, build and execute technical solutions for Salesforce adoption for end users (such as WalkMe, MyTrailhead, InApp Guidance or Walkthrough) Utilize project management software to deliver within SCRUM / AGILE, and against Waterfall approaches; coordinate enablement deliverables cross-functionally across the business Required Qualifications: Bachelors’ degree in communication, adult learning, organization development or related field 3-5 years of experience using Salesforce systems, or an equivalent combination of training and experience required to complete the essential functions/job responsibilities of this position Advanced experience with WalkMe or other digital adoption tools such as InApp Guidance, Walkthrough Background in organizational change management, learning and/or evaluating user experience, a plus Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail Demonstrated communication skills at all levels of the organization Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, with emphasis on Excel) or G-Suite Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred) Specific Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce systems Expert in Communication Design tools Expert in WalkMe (or similar tool) Advanced Beginner in Docusign or Conga CLM Individual Competencies: Teamwork: Builds relationships and works cooperatively with others, inside and outside the organization, to accomplish objectives to build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships, leverage information and achieve results. Additional Information The national average hiring range for this job is $80000 - $110000 and the salary can fluctuate based on geographic location and qualifications. Pay is based on several factors which may include, but are not limited to: education, work experience, certifications, labor markets, etc. This role includes an opportunity for company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Core Company Performance Bonus. The actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
