inMotion Group Properties is looking for an experienced and dynamic Transaction Coordinator to work closely with our agents to ensure clients are taken care of at every step in the home-buying and selling process. Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing legal contracts and documents
- Database management
- Manage Documents via Docusign
- Opening and closing files on Broker Mint
- Creating and maintaining listings in MLS
- Data Entry
- Scheduling appointments, inspections, appraisals, etc
- Client and vendor interaction
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office or comparable programs
- Attention to detail and precision
- Strong organizational and planning ability
- Able to manage multiple projects and timelines
- A natural problem solver
- Execeptional grammatical, written, and oral communication
- Professional presentation
