SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS :
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, hiring, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, compliance with employment laws, and maintaining a positive workplace culture, acting as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth operations and strategic workforce planning. This position serves as the HR Manager for two work sites, one located in Blacksburg VA and one in Garner NC. This position will be located in Blacksburg VA.
