The Inn at Ocean's Edge is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Maintenance & Landscaping staff member.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall appearance and functionality of our buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest standard.
As a key member of our facilities team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to identify and address any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as pruning, weeding, raking, tilling, and edging.
• Maintain knowledge of flowers, shrubs, trees, and grasses to ensure optimal plant health and visual appeal.
• Assist in the sourcing and designing of planters, annual beds, and interior vases.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to repair and maintain the Inn's rooms, buildings, facilities, and pool.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have some experience in gardening or landscaping, a strong understanding of hand and power tools, and excellent communication skills.
