A typical day for our crews starts at 6:00 AM. We work Monday – Friday, and an occasional Saturday if needed. The first few weeks of spring are six days a week (Sundays off) in order to get properties ready for the summer season - which means overtime pay (another benefit here at Lynch)! If you love being outside and you want to get daily exercise, this will be a great job for you! Once our team is done for the day, they head back to the pit and fill their trucks for a great start the next day.
