Administrative Assistant – Part/Full Time
Welcome to the Inn at Parker Station, a small, family owned and operated assisted living home, located in a former farmhouse in Goffstown, NH. With only nine individually furnished bedrooms, the Inn is more like a home and than a facility.

What are the job duties?
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations
- Providing a positive environment for both the residents and the staff
- Work with healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care and address any medical or personal needs.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and interaction with residents, families, physicians, social workers, etc.
- Managing office tasks with strong organizational skills
- Maintain residents’ and employees’ records
- Supervise employees and maintaining good relationships
- Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
- Collaborate with Administration
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Common sense and ability to understand to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Able to work various shifts as needed.
- Neat appearance
- Able to speak/listen/write in English
- Able to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner
- Current driver’s license and auto insurance is a must
Schedule:
Between 28 and 35 hours per week, may include weekends and overnights as needed
