The Inn on the Square in Falmouth, MA is currently searching for a Housekeeping Manager! This hotel offers competitive pay with opportunities to increase pay after 90 days and 1 year of employment!
The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the day to day hotel operations in the department. The manager will be actively involved in the Housekeeping Department and other hotel operations. They will be expected to maximize profitability as well as maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. The manager will lead the management and hourly staff members of the hotel to ensure service standards and team satisfaction goals are exceeded. The manager will communicate daily with the General Manager and uphold the company's policies and procedures.
Candidates must be willing to relocate and/or commute to Falmouth, MA.
