What are the responsibilities and job description for the Masters Level Graduate Student Intern - 2nd Year position at InnerSourced Solutions?
Are you a Masters level student seeking your Internship or or second year Field Placement for the Winter / Spring 2025 academic year? InnerSourced Solutions may be a perfect internship site for graduate level students seeking a degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or other human services related fields with an interest in mental health. We are committed to the training of students by providing opportunities for meaningful learning experiences. While we do offer telehealth sessions, applicants MUST be able and willing to provide face to face sessions in the home, office or community, IF the client/parent desires.
Second year students will provide individual and family psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, or children, in the home, community, school, or office, as determined by the needs and/or desires of the client and/or legal guardian for up to twelve (12) clients. Applicants must be willing to commit to minimally 16 hours per week , regardless of the graduate school program requirements and be available for clinical and administrative supervision, meetings, and projects during traditional business hours.
This is an UNPAID position BUT a generous monthly stipend is provided contingent upon performance!
Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited graduate level behavioral health program
- Must have completed Psychopathology, as well course work related to Clinical Diagnoses and Treatment Planning
- Must be willing to submit to and pass federal, state and Child Protective background check
- Must obtain and provide proof of student malpractice insurance
- Ability to obtain or show proof of current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Must commit to a minimum of 2 evenings per week
