Our company is seeking a skilled Content Outreach Coordinator to join our team. In this role, the Content Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and obtaining UGC and customer transformation stories over existing and emerging platforms for our paid ads, content team. The Content Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for managing and creating client relationships, have a strong eye for detail, and have a passion for paid, influencer marketing.

About the role :

We're looking for a wildly creative and talented Creative Content Specialist to elevate the creative ideation, briefing and copywriting for our performance-driven ad campaigns. This is not an entry-level role - it's for someone who's confident in their craft, has a track record of executing high-performing paid social ad campaigns, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You'll join the Content Marketing Department, working directly with our in-house production teams to ideate, create and deliver fresh ad creative weekly.

What you'll do :

Creative Ideation & Copywriting :

  • Develop innovative ad concepts, copy, and scripts that align with our brand voice, target audience, and direct response marketing goals.
  • Stay ahead of trends in paid social platforms like Meta and TikTok, producing engaging, trendy, and high-performing ad creatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize ad content based on performance metrics.
  • Creative Brief Development & Project Management :

  • Craft clear, actionable creative briefs to guide the video production team and ensure alignment with overall project and marketing objectives.
  • Provide compelling copy and detailed direction to the graphics team to create standout graphic ads.
  • Collaborate closely with internal production teams to bring ad projects to life from concept to execution.
  • Develop project briefs for UGC creators and brand partners, providing creative direction and coaching for optimal results.
  • Industry Awareness & Competitor Analysis :

  • Stay up-to-date on industry standards, platform updates, and trends in the paid social landscape to ensure our creative strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Deep dive into the health and wellness industry, monitoring competitor activities to inform creative strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
  • What you'll bring :

  • Proven experience in creative strategy and performance marketing.
  • A deep understanding of direct response marketing and how to craft ads that drive measurable results.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with experience scripting ads, creative briefs and storyboards
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, especially on platforms like Meta, TikTok.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and lead projects independently
  • Passion for your craft with a desire to continually grow and elevate
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to be flexible and work effectively across teams.
