Digital Twin Implementation Manager

Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and driven Digital Twin Implementation Manager to take charge of implementing a cutting-edge digital twin solution. This role is pivotal in leading the execution, development, and management of digital twin projects for college facilities. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure that technical requirements are aligned with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management :
• Lead the implementation of a digital twin for college facilities, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Create and manage a detailed project plan, encompassing scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Develop a comprehensive Project Management Plan.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage the project budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost control.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including campus administrators, faculty, staff, and vendors, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with institutional goals.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, conversations, and decisions to promote accountability and transparency.
• Digital Twin Implementation :
• Work alongside technical teams and vendors to facilitate the deployment of the digital twin solution.
• Oversee the integration of the digital twin with existing campus systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of digital twin data and models.
• Utilize knowledge of IoT technologies and their integration with digital twins.
• Change Management :
• Create and implement change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and techniques to manage resistance.
• Encourage stakeholder engagement and adoption of the digital twin solution.
• Communication and Leadership :
• Effectively communicate project status, progress, and challenges to all stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with campus administrators, faculty, staff, and vendors.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members.
