Duration: 1 year with opportunity for extension
Shift times: M-F 8 AM-5PM, 3 day minimum in the office but there are weeks 5 days may be required

80 headcount Timecard Approval, Correction, Holiday Management
Distribution of communication and announcements within the SBU
Maintenance of employee adds, changes, & removals within systems and distribution lists
Responsible for the ordering and distribution of awards, retirement gifts
Manage the sales representative car upgrade process
Provide meeting support with preparation of location, food and beverages, attendance and other necessary items
National Sales Meeting forum support
Sales Rep On-boarding materials and coordination
