Job Description :
The USCA Sales Operations Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Sales Business Unit (SBU) with various administrative and operational tasks. Key responsibilities include :
- Timecard Management : Approving and correcting timecards for 80 employees, including holiday management.
- Communication & Announcements : Distributing internal communication and announcements within the SBU.
- Employee Data Management : Maintaining employee records, including additions, changes, and removals within systems and distribution lists.
- Recognition & Awards : Ordering and distributing awards, retirement gifts, and other recognition items.
- Vehicle Management : Overseeing the sales representative car upgrade process.
- Meeting Coordination : Arranging meeting logistics, including location setup, food and beverages, attendance tracking, and other necessary preparations.
- Event Support : Providing support for the National Sales Meeting forum.
- Onboarding Assistance : Managing onboarding materials and coordination for new sales representatives.
