Job Position : Sales Administration Clerk III
Job Location : Pittsburgh, PA 15272
Pay rate : $20.00-25.00 / Hr. on W2
Duration : 1Yr Extension
Shift Timing : Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. A minimum of 3 days in the office per week, with some weeks requiring 5 days in the office.
Timecard Management : Oversee timecard approval, corrections, and holiday management for 80 employees.
Communication Distribution : Distribute communications and announcements within the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
Employee Data Maintenance : Maintain employee records, including additions, changes, and removals in systems and distribution lists.
Awards and Gifts : Handle the ordering and distribution of awards and retirement gifts.
Sales Rep Car Upgrades : Manage the car upgrade process for sales representatives.
Meeting Support : Provide logistical support for meetings, including venue preparation, food and beverages, attendance tracking, and other necessary arrangements.
National Sales Meeting Support : Assist in organizing and supporting the National Sales Meeting forum.
On-boarding Coordination : Prepare and coordinate on-boarding materials for new sales representatives.
