Responsibilities:
- Analyzing requirements and data, identifying trends, prioritizing features based on business value, and making informed decisions
- Prioritizing product backlog items, creating user stories, and ensuring the development team has a clear understanding of what to build
- Developing a comprehensive product roadmap, anticipating potential challenges, and adapting to changing market conditions
- Defining testing strategy and test cases. Executing UAT and production validation
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner
- Ability to demonstrate expertise in any CRM platform such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with project and technical defect tracking tools such as Rally
- Experience with Sabre queries, along with experience on the Siebel platform, will be a plus
- Ability to establish and handle multiple priorities, and to take ownership of role by exercising good judgement and making decisions with limited supervision.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
