We’re looking for an Operations Associate who is obsessed with clarity, thrives on keeping chaos in check, and can transform scattered information into clean systems and impactful narratives.
This isn’t just an admin or assistant role—it’s a critical support function for the executive team. You’ll be at the center of company operations, managing high volumes of documentation, streamlining internal workflows, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
We’re looking for you to be a natural systems builder. A communicator who can think like a founder. And someone who finds joy in crossing off tasks and bringing order to complexity.
Responsibilities
️ Organization & Documentation
- Help maintain organized digital files using Notion, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Support clear naming, version control, and visibility across teams
- Keep key documents like licenses, contracts, and loan materials up to date
Communications & Writing

Draft and edit internal and external documents, such as:
- SOPs and basic workflows
- Team updates or customer FAQs
- Vendor or partner templates
- Review writing for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Cross-Functional Operations
- Support follow-ups and task tracking for high-priority items from leadership
- Coordinate across teams, vendors, and partners to keep projects moving
- Help manage small projects, such as onboarding new vendors or updating compliance files
Process Improvement
- Spot inefficient workflows or scattered files and recommend ways to improve them
- Help document repeatable processes for key team operations

- Jump into ad hoc projects and new workflows with a positive, can-do mindset
- Take ownership of smaller initiatives with guidance from the team
✅ Requirements
- 1 year of experience in operations, coordination, support, or admin roles
- Highly organized and detail-oriented—you love bringing order to chaos
- Strong writing and communication skills—you know how to make things clear
- Proactive and self-motivated—you take initiative and stay one step ahead
- Comfortable with tools like Notion, Microsoft 365 or similar
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Nice to Haves
- Experience in finance, legal, compliance, or tech startups
- Familiarity with tools like DocuSign, Sharepoint or similar
- Interest in internal systems, automation tools, or process design
- Background in writing, editing, or documentation (e.g., SOPs, FAQs, reports)
