We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in attention to detail, and is open to traveling for projects. If you have a construction background, that’s a plus. But, if you’re willing to learn, we’re willing to train.

Job Description 

As a General Laborer, you will assist in the installation of our premium outdoor living products. You’ll work alongside our experienced installation team, ensuring each project is done with precision and quality.  

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of:  
• Aluminum Pergolas
• Motorized Screens  
• Outdoor Kitchens & Fire Pits  
• Electric Outdoor Heaters
• Putting Greens & Artificial Turf
• Work as part of a team to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.  
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed.  
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.  
• Be willing to travel for out-of-town projects.  

Work Schedule  

• Standard Hours: Monday–Thursday (7:30 AM – 4/4:30 PM), typically off early on Fridays.   
• Out-of-Town Projects: Travel schedules will be coordinated based on job needs.  

Qualifications  

• Hardworking, self-motivated, and dependable.  
• Enjoys working outdoors in various weather conditions.  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.   
• Willing to learn installation techniques and tools.  
• Ability and willingness to travel for projects.  
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Construction experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

• Pay DOE (Depends on Experience)  – To be discussed.
