We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on installation experience, and a commitment to providing great customer service.

Job Description

As a Project Supervisor, you will oversee and participate in the installation of our products, manage project logistics, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will work with our installation crews while coordinating with the Office Manager to schedule projects, order materials, and troubleshoot product issues.  

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Installation

• Lead and oversee projects from start to finish.  
• Instruct and coordinate with subcontractors on-site.  
• Communicate with homeowners to provide updates and ensure a positive experience.  
• Be an active part of the installation crew.  

Scheduling & Logistics

• Assist with scheduling projects and contacting customers.  
• Record project updates and timelines in our database.
• Help organize and line up materials for upcoming jobs.  
• Manage product maintenance and service needs.  

Installation Focus Areas  

• Outdoor kitchens  
• Fire pits  
• Electric outdoor heaters  
• Motorized screens  
• Assist with pergola installations  
• Assist with artificial turf and putting green installs  
• Handle tech calls and troubleshooting for all products  

Work Schedule

• Standard Hours: Monday–Thursday (7:30 AM – 4/4:30 PM), early Fridays.  
• Commercial Projects: May require work outside of standard hours (with approval).  
• Out-of-Town Projects: Travel schedules will be planned based on project needs.  

Qualifications

• Self-motivated leader, quick learner, and strong team player.  
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.  
• Willing to learn our database and manage project tracking.  
• Strong technical skills and ability to install a variety of outdoor products.  
• Willingness to travel for projects.  
• Technologically literate, able to learn and use various software tools.

Compensation
