About the job Production Expeditor
Innova HR Solutions is seeking a Production Expeditor to work for our local manufacturing client. The Production Expeditor will coordinate the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule. You will plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.

What you'll do?
Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specificationsVerify and maintain documentation such as job shortages, planned receipts and logsPerform a wide variety of expediting tasks to ensure a timely flow of production and assembly activitiesConfers with internal customers to coordinate production or shipping activities and to resolve complaints and / or eliminate delaysKeep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another locationTo work overtime as requestedPerforms other duties as assignedWhat You Need to Know
High school diploma or equivalent5 years experience in a high-volume shipping role, processing a comprehensive variety of shipmentsExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh degree of organization, accuracy, and dependabilityProven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesAbility to work in a team environmentGood judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
