As an UAT Workday Analyst, You will
HR Coordinators to support an ongoing DFS integration in HR technology. This fully funded role will play a crucial part in coordinating testing activities, supporting Workday Recruiting, and maintaining communication across HR and tech teams. Candidates must be detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of navigating fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to schedule and coordinate testing activities, resources, and timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for testing-related communications. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and external teams on progress, issues, and results.
- Governance & Standards: Ensure adherence to Testing Management Office (TMO) standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify and proactively mitigate risks related to scope, timeline, or resources.
- Defect Triage Support: Assist the defect manager in coordinating triage and resolution processes across relevant teams.
Workday & HR Support Responsibilities:
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues in Workday Recruiting.
- Partner with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams to resolve system issues and guide users on proper procedures.
- Develop and maintain job aids and training materials for recruiters.
- Deliver onboarding system training to new recruiters and run ad hoc sessions as needed.
- Participate in Agile pod work to enhance the Workday Recruiting experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Workday HCM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and sound decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of project management experience
- 2 years of people leadership
- 1 year of training or communications experience
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $35.00- $36.00- per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
