Constant Device & RAN Engineer

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Constant Device & RAN Engineer.

Position Type: Full-Time, Contract to hire Duration: 3 months Location: Littleton, CO (Onsite)

As Constant Device & RAN Engineer, you will:

• Collaborating with internal and external customers to craft product features.
• Owning the product vision and utilizing it to create a dynamic product feature roadmap.
• Communicating customer context and acting as the user proxy for your products.
• Decomposing product features into workable user stories.
• Continually prioritizing and grooming product backlogs for cross-functional teams.
• Coordinating cross-team delivery (Coordinating with offshore and onshore teams), managing dependencies, and defining best practices.
• Provide technical leadership for new strategies and processes.
• Sharing and evangelizing the work completed, product backlog, and Scrum team metrics.
• Driving productivity by using the latest technologies.
• Forge technical relationships with end-to-end ecosystem partners

The ideal candidate will have:

• 15 years of demonstrated organizational, communicative, and analytical skills in Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Management, and Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of an environment where Agile processes were used to deliver various types of development products (problem resolution, business features, etc.).
• A strong desire to learn and contribute to the knowledge of your teams.
• The ability to work well and communicate with both IT-technical and business-functional people.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $90-$95 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
