Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Recruitment Coordinator

Position type: Fulltime/Contract

Location: Clayton, NC - 27527

Duration: 06 Months

Hybrid Role (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)

MANAGER MUST HAVES:

1. Scheduling experience ******MUST BE ON THE RESUME*****

2. Strong attention to detail

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will:

• Supports the overall activities associated with the interview process for North American hiring; including calendar coordination, communication, assessment scheduling and travel and expenses

• Liaisons with candidates and interviewers for availability, addresses and remediates issues in support of the interview scheduling process

• Prepares schedules and communicates with candidates, interviewers and recruiters

• Assists with onsite interview coordination when needed

• Prepares interview rooms for assessments when required

• Statuses and communicates with candidates in the applicant tracking system and via other technical solutions in support of scheduling

Requirements:

-HS diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred

-Minimum 3 years of direct scheduling experience; talent acquisition or staffing experience preferred

-Advanced calendar management required

-Excellent communication skills required

-Ability to utilize multiple tools and technologies including applicant tracking system, excel, word, outlook and interview scheduling technology

-Excellent organization skills; strong attention detail

-Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks

-Ability to maintain confidentiality required

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $24.00- $26.10 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
