Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a SDET Engineer
Position type : Contract to Hire
Duration : 6 months
Location : Remote
As a(n) SDET Engineer you will :
- Test Automation Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts, frameworks, and tools for functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with Teams : Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure seamless integration of testing into the software development lifecycle.
- Performance and Load Testing : Develop and execute performance, scalability, and load tests to ensure the software meets performance standards.
- Test Planning and Execution : Define and document test strategies, create detailed test plans, and execute manual and automated tests.
- Continuous Integration / Delivery (CI / CD) : Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines to facilitate rapid deployment and delivery cycles.
- Metrics and Reporting : Provide regular test reports, including metrics on code coverage, defects, and test progress, to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
- Team Mentorship : Mentor and coach other QA and engineers, facilitating knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
