TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR/SCREENER
REMOTE BUT MUST RESIDE WITHIN COMMUTING DISTANCE OF CLAYTON, NC
Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Candidate Screener with one of our direct clients in the Pharmaceutical & Biotech field.
Ø Position type: Contract to Hire
Ø Duration: 6 Months
Ø Location: Remote but must ideally reside within commuting distance of Clayton, NC
Ø Hourly Pay Rate: $34.93/hr
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Candidate Screener you will:
• Partners with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to provide phone screening support for high-volume positions across multiple business units. Including but not limited to:
• Sales
• Manufacturing & Quality
• Clinical Trial Operations
• Field Medical Affairs
• Reviews candidates in ATS and identifies candidate short-list to share with Lead Recruiter for review.
• Conducts detailed phone screens and provides summary and overall recommendation to Lead Recruiter.
• Uploads phone screen documents into candidate profile in ATS.
• Adheres to the identified recruitment process. Ensure that recruiters are continuously updated on status of openings.
• Ensures Applicant Flow, Job Folders, and sourcing/reporting compliance with OFCCP/EEO guidelines and internal SOPs.
The ideal candidate will have:
§ Have recent experience with a focus on Candidate Screening
§ Previous corporate talent acquisition coordination experience, and/or sourcing experience is required
• Must have experience screening candidates for Pharmaceutical/Biotech related positions including but not limited to Sales, Manufacturing & Quality, Clinical Trial Operations and Field Medical Affairs positions
§ Previous corporate sourcing/screening experience with a Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Biotech corporation is required!
