Project Manager

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Project Manager.

Position type : Fulltime contract with possible extension / conversion

Duration : 12 Months

Location :   Atlanta, GA 30354

As a Project Manager you will :

• Manage project resources, scope, and deliverables for medium to high-complexity projects.
• Oversee projects involving internal and third-party technology, including SAP / SuccessFactors.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones using project management tools.
• Track and manage project resources, deliverables, and critical paths.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while driving issue resolution.
• Manage interdependencies with HR, IT, and other workstreams.
• Monitor and control scope creep, ensuring project alignment.
• Provide clear and concise status updates to all levels of management.
• Facilitate and document workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

The ideal candidate will have : HR system implementation experience (preferably with SAP / SuccessFactors) with Project management experience.
