Job Description :
- The key focus of this position will be to provide overall recruitment for the supporting the North America OrganizationOrganization, requisition management and client management.
- The Sr. Specialist TA is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing a variety of recruiting resources and strategies to provide needed talent for the organizationorganization.
- You will partner with HR Directors / Business Partners, hiring managers (including senior leaders and Vice Presidents), external outsourcing partners and agencies to develop TA strategies aligned with position, skill, and long-term requirements of the business, resulting in the achievement of key objectives (e.g. time to fill metrics, quality of hire, manager satisfaction).
