Clinic Medical Director
At InnovaCare Health, we are dedicated to innovating change in value-based healthcare. With over 40 clinics and 1,100 professionals, we offer a wide range of services including Chronic Disease Treatment/Management, Women's Health, Wellness, X-Ray/Ultrasound, Urgent Care, Managed Care, and Workers Comp Services.
As a Clinic Medical Director at InnovaCare Health, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our clinical operations. You will be responsible for establishing and implementing standards of medical service, developing programs for quality patient care, and overseeing the implementation of standardized clinical care guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all company clinical operations
- Provide direct care to patients
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure key company metrics are identified, measured, evaluated, and achieved
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and/or Geriatric Medicine
- Active/Unrestricted DEA
- Active/Unrestricted Florida Medical License
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in group or IPA Medical Management or Clinic Management
