Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Downton Austin, TX (North of the Campus)
Salary: $85,000-$100,000K
Schedule: Onsite Monday-Thursday
Parking: Free Parking
What You’ll Do:
- Manage property accounting responsibilities including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Support audit processes, both internal and external
- Maintain and manage entries and reporting in QuickBooks
- Collaborate with leadership on monthly closes and strategic financial initiatives
What You Bring:
- 2-5 years of accounting experience
- Prior exposure to property accounting
- Solid understanding or hands-on experience in tax accounting
- Familiarity with audit procedures and requirements
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Yardi
- Background with KPMG or Big Four accounting firms
