What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper position at Innovate Graphics?
Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day accounting tasks: A/P, A/R, payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Maintain general ledger and journal entries
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting
- Collaborate with CPA on audits and tax filings
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and organization of financial records
Requirements:
- 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a small business or creative/print setting is a plus
