Construction Project Manager – Data Center/Mission Critical Projects
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead data center/mission-critical projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of data center construction projects ($100M ).
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring strong relationships and project success.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to maintain profitability and efficiency.
- Lead and enforce a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architects, inspectors, and owners to resolve project issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality control, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular project inspections, meetings, and progress reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10 years of commercial construction management experience.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale data center projects.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in BIM, Primavera, MS Project, Excel, and Word.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and contract management skills.
Salary : $140,000 - $185,000
